“Junk tycoon Harry Brock gets more than he bargained for when he tries to buy some respectability and sophistication for his brash girlfriend Billie Dawn (played by Marquee Theater Journalists Association Awards winner for Becky’s New Car Melissa Claire). When Harry hires a political reporter to educate Billie so she won’t embarrass him during an important trip to Washington, she learns a lot more than grammar and diction – and hilarious complications ensue.”
Born Yesterday runs April 26-May 12 with an opening night reception, 7 pm on the 26th. For more information or to buy tickets, visit SonomaArtsLive.org. Here is the interview. Original air date: 4/16/19
